Portage and Kalamazoo are close by right off the highway with many family activity centers, museums, theaters, and more! There are also wineries in Watervliet and Paw Paw. In September, there is the amazing Paw Paw Wine & Harvest Festival during the fall in September. If you enjoy auto racing, you can spend time at the M-40 Speedway in Jones.

In Lawton, there is a Dream Park filled with playground equipment that is great for families with kids. There is also an old-fashioned candy store only ten houses down the street your children are sure to enjoy. There are beautiful golf courses, The Olde Mill and Pineview Golf Course, located in Three Rivers. As well, as North 40 which is just down the street from Gravel Lake. You can see the beauty of Southwest Michigan on a fall color tour or head to Notre Dame for a college football game. If you would like to visit our lakefront cabins in the winter, you can enjoy ice fishing and snowmobiling on a state snowmobile trail right near us.
